One of the younger groups is special teams. They are led by redshirt-sophomore kicker Nicholas Barr-Mira. As well as sophomore punter Luke Akers. They have the support of long snappers Beau Gardner and Jack Landherr. As a junior, the latter is one the oldest of the group. “We’re all super close,” Barr-Mia said. “We spend all day with each other off the field. We’re friends on the field. So it’s a very tight-knit group and it’s a very special relationship and bond we all have with each other.”
