The Seattle Seahawks are favored at home on Monday night football as they host the Buffalo Bills on ESPN. The Bills have lost their past two games to fall to 4-4 on the season while the Seahawks have a tie and a loss in their last two games as they are 4-2-1. This could be a low scoring game as the Bills are allowing just 21.5 points per game while the Seahawks are giving up just 15.6 points per contest. Let’s look at the matchup and Monday Night Football picks.

This matchup in Week 9 is set for Monday, November 7, 2016 at 8:30 pm Eastern on ESPN

NFL Odds at US Betting Sites

Seattle Seahawks -7, total 43.5

Bills at Seahawks

The Bills face the unenviable task of playing the Patriots and Seahawks in back-to-back weeks. It might be easier this week for Buffalo as they were throttled last week by Brady and the Patriots, losing 41-25. Normally going into Seattle would be a sure loss but the Seahawks are not the same team they were a year ago.

Buffalo is scoring just over 26 points per game which is 8th best in the NFL while they are allowing just over 21 points per game which is 13th in the league. The Bills have been a good team to bet over the total with six of their eight games going over.

The Seahawks don’t look like a Super Bowl contender as their offense is poor and their defense is still good but perhaps a little overrated. The Seahawks are scoring just 18.7 points per game which is 29th in the NFL while the defense is giving up 15.6 points per game which is 2nd. The offense has been so bad that quarterback Russell Wilson has not thrown a TD in his last three games. The running game is virtually non-existent and Seattle won’t get Thomas Rawls back this week as he is still out due to injury.

Seattle is just 3-4 ATS this season with four of their seven games going under the total.

NFL Odds

The Bills are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in this series. The Bills are 5-1-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Bills are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games in November. The Bills are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 Monday games. The Bills are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 road games. The Seahawks are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 Monday games.

The Over is 4-0 at sports gambling sites in the Bills last 4 games overall. The Under is 10-3 in the Bills last 13 games in November. The Under is 9-4 in the Seahawks last 13 games overall. The Over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings in Seattle.

Sunday Night NFL Picks

It is hard to see either team doing much on offense, as the Bills probably won’t have running back LeSean McCoy plus they face a tough Seattle defense while the Seahawks are doing next to nothing on offense. I will go under the total at US betting sites.
