He was banished to the St. Louis Rams in 2015 and the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016. He returned to the Eagles in a backup role this year. In the playoffs Foles lit it up for with a 122.1 passer rating. Foles passed for three touchdowns and no interceptions in the post season.
The superlatives for the New England Patriots could go on forever. Bill Belichick has cracked the code in an era in which the NFL is setup to punish success and prevent dynasties. Belichick must go down as the greatest head coach in NFL history. No coach has ever had to overcome the obstacles and challenges of the modern salary cap era. Tom Brady is the ultimate sportsbook online asset. Brady must also be considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history. It’s incredible to fathom that Brady is now 40 years of age. Brady engineered another clutch comeback in the AFC championship game. Brady tossed a pair of fourth quarter touchdown passes to bail out the Pats in their 24-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Clutch comebacks are the mere routine for Brady and the Patriots. A defense that ranked 29th overall in the NFL is of concern.
